If you’re not happy with your ordered items or they do not fit you can return them to us. You assume return shipping costs unless we’ve made a mistake or an item is faulty (See Sustainability for more).
You can also simply bring them into our store to exchange and/or receive a refund. Refunds will not be paid out in the store, rather via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
If you do send by mail, we advise you to do so with a service that provides tracking, proof of delivery and/or purchase shipping insurance.
DHL often have problems to find us, even though our warehouse is clearly advertised and is right on the street. All other carriers deliver without problems to us. If you do choose to use DHL, and your return is sent back to you, then you have to claim your return shipping costs back with DHL. We take no responsibility for this. You can make a complaint with DHL and ask for your money back. Write to them here: firstname.lastname@example.org

After receiving your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method (PayPal/credit card).
If you return your complete order, we refund the shipping costs that you paid. If your order was applicable for free shipping and you return part of your order resulting in the remaining order not being applicable for free shipping, we reserve the right to subtract shipping costs from your reimbursement.
